Our house is an old mid century modern built in the early 1950's. He nitpicked things that were standard at the time. It's called a builder's gap. These were things that were present when we got this house 20yeses ago. We also got a brand new roof last summer that he told issue with despite the insurance company assessing it after completion and found no issue. He said I had vegetation over growth, that's the type of shrub it is prefer.
