How much does a home inspection cost?+
Our Essential Inspection is $425 for homes up to 3,000 square feet. It includes infrared imaging, drone roof photos where permitted and a free termite inspection. Larger homes, add-ons like radon or mold testing and commercial properties are quoted individually, and many services can be paid at closing.
Should I attend the inspection?+
Yes, and we encourage it. The walkthrough at the end is the best time to ask questions and learn how your home works, from the main water shutoff to the HVAC filter.
What's in the report?+
A clear, photo-rich digital report with a summary of the most important findings, a system by system narrative and recommended next steps. It is delivered within 24 hours.
